On the large and excellently equipped beach in Icici you can play beach volleyball, rent motorboats, SUPs and beach loungers, do parasailing, diving and windsurfing. Explore the pebble beaches of Mošćenička Draga and swim to your heart’s content in the beautiful crystal clear water.

Nearby there is a well-known windsurfing hotspot Preluk with one of the best wind rates in the northern Adriatic.

If you prefer to relax, you can chill in one of the many cafes and restaurants at the Marina of Ičici. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can go on long tours in the Nature Park Učka of an altitude of 1.400 meters or start their adventure directly behind the Villa on an altitude path that even leads to the top of the Mount Učka.

There is so much to discover, i.e. the Lungomare, a 12km long historic coastal pathway connecting Lovran and Opatija. The region and especially the sophisticated seaside resort of Opatija offers a wide variety of restaurants ranging from luxury to simple seafood restaurants and wine cellars to numerous shopping opportunities. Festivals and cultural events enrich the famous place.

Discover the Istrian peninsula and picturesque villages like Motovun, the truffle town of Buzet, the roman amphitheater in Pula or the beautiful old town of Rovinj with a rich offer of excellent olive oils and wines. The famous Plitvice Lakes are about two hours drive away.
